Born and raised in Georgia, Tracy combines her gracious southern hospitality with a natural Northwest warmth to the delight of her Seattle area clients.

Tracy has always excelled in customer service and sales, both before her career in real estate, and at present. To best protect her clients, she dedicates herself to staying current in real estate industry trends and education. She has earned the designation of Associate Broker, and also has designations as Accredited Buyer’s Representative as well as Accredited Staging Professional. The level of education acquired in order to use these designations is what helps Tracy assist you as a buyer or a seller to successfully deal with the challenges and opportunities of purchasing and selling residential real estate in and around the Seattle/King County area.

Tracy also currently sits on the Seattle King County Association of Realtors Grievance Committee, which is a body of Realtors who come together to review the real estate Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice when an ethics complaint is registered within the real estate community.

Tracy resides in the Burien area with her husband, Owen, a Warranty Manager with Washington Air Reps, Inc. They have a yellow lab, Sierra, and three grown children, Kyle, Kelsy and Billy. The family enjoys fishing, crabbing, cooking and playing games together anytime they can get everyone in the same room at the same time!
